The Kandua Early Testing Competition is an exclusive competition for selected Kandua customers to test the new Kandua marketplace. By participating, you can help shape the platform and have a chance to win one of ten R1,000 Takealot vouchers.
This competition is by invitation only for selected Kandua customers who have previously posted and completed jobs with Kandua. Participants must be 18 years or older, permanent residents or citizens of South Africa with a valid South African ID or passport , and based in South Africa. Employees, directors, agents, and contractors of Plus Eco System Ventures (Pty) Ltd (the Promoter) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To qualify for the lucky draw, you must:
- Post a job on the new Kandua marketplace using the unique link provided in your invitation email during the Competition Period.
- Ensure the job is completed within the Competition Period.
- Participate in a feedback call after your job is completed with Kandua during the Competition Period. Don't worry, we'll call you.
We'll call you directly to have a short interview. We'll be asking you about your experience booking a job using AI, as well as your experience with the service provider. We'll be using your feedback to improve our product - We're dedicated to creating the best possible experiences for our users.
The competition starts on Monday, 24 November 2025, and ends on Friday, 19 December 2025, at 23:59 SAST.
There are 10 Takealot vouchers, each valued at R1,000, to be won.
Winners will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries after the Competition Period , on or before 23 December 2025.
Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided to Kandua.
No, the vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. They are also subject to Takealot's standard voucher terms and conditions.
There is no additional fee to enter this competition. Participants are only responsible for paying the agreed amount for services contracted with the service provider.
Any disputes, defects, delays, or dissatisfaction with services rendered must be addressed according to Kandua's standard dispute resolution process , which ensures compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.
