No, Kandua acts solely as an online marketplace connecting homeowners with independent service providers ("Pros"). Each Pro operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Kandua.

Pros are responsible for their own work quality, safety, compliance with applicable laws, and carrying appropriate insurance coverage where applicable.

In the event of any dispute, defect, delay, or dissatisfaction with services rendered, the matter must be addressed in accordance with Kandua's standard dispute resolution process.

The Promoter (Plus Eco System Ventures (Pty) Ltd) will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered as a result of any job undertaken in connection with this competition.
